Amason served as the general contractor for the construction of this 75,000 square-foot tilt-up concrete framed Academy Sports & Outdoors retail store located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In addition to constructing the building, this fast-track project consisted of completing the overall site development, including a 384 car parking lot, site lighting, and landscaping for the 7.5 acre site. As a result of Amason’s success in completing this store on time and achieving the level of quality Academy expects, Academy has invited Amason to build stores for it throughout the Southeastern United States.
