The scope of work for this project included upgrading the customer service areas, upgrading the existing showroom, modifying the storefront, and adding new signage. In addition, new finishes and lighting were installed in the service department, which was modified to accommodate Sprinter Vans. The existing roofline was also reconfigured and a multitude of new architectural details added so that, upon completion, the dealership was a true Autohaus.
The building’s natural pallet of rough brown stacked stone veneer, smooth slabs of black slate, and clay tile roof combines beautifully with modern accents of clear anodized aluminum, that seem to glow in the late afternoon sun. In addition to a well-constructed, elegant building, the Eastwood Mac project required a great deal of site work, including road resurfacing and a storm sewer drainage system.
