Amason served as construction manager for this upscale shopping center located near the University of Alabama campus in Tuscaloosa.  Offering 11,000 square-feet of retail space, the building will house up to four tenants, including a 6,000 square-foot college bookstore, operated by Nebraska Book Company, for which we also performed tenant improvements.  Architectural elements, including an aluminum trellis and awnings, coupled with a refined brick and EIFS veneer give the steel framed building a stylish and sophisticated appearance.  The scope of work for this project also included site development, lighting, and landscaping.
