Mississippi State University Breaks Ground on 500-Space Parking Garage

STARKVILLE, Miss.—Mississippi State University officials broke ground Wednesday,  August 7th on a new 500-space parking garage, which will be located next to Howell Hall and across from Humphrey Coliseum.
