Hospitality & Condominiums
Meeting schedule deadlines and working within a budget is vitally important to the success of any project. Achieving these goals can be especially challenging in hospitality and condominium projects where, oftentimes, other individuals like hotel franchisors and future unit owners are involved in the construction process. Certainly, for a project in the hospitality market, the ability of a contractor to achieve these objectives is directly tied to that contractor’s understanding of franchise documents and the construction requirements they contain. Knowing how to work with these documents and ensure any deviations are properly authorized enables us to avoid unnecessary delays and cost overruns, which means that our hotel owners are welcoming their first guests on time and within budget.

Fairfield Inn & Suites, Gadsden, Alabama
The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Gadsden, Alabama is a 4-story structure containing approximately 50,000 square-feet of guest services and lodging space. As construction manager for this project, Amason constructed one of the first Fairfield hotels able to claim that a majority of its 90 guest rooms are, in fact, suites. In addition to enhancing the guest experience by increasing the availability of these larger rooms, this hotel offers a variety of amenities, including meeting and conference space, business center and library, fitness center, and outdoor pool.
