Amason acted as construction manager for the construction of this 9,000 square foot urgent care medical facility. We conducted feasibility studies and assisted the owner in selecting the project site. We also assisted the owner in the selection of the architect, interior designer, and engineers as well as their subsequent contract negotiation. The scope of work for this project included examination and trauma rooms, x-ray suites, laboratories, high density medical records storage, nurses stations, waiting and reception areas, and a staff lounge.
