Wellington Towne Center is a mixed-use business park consisting of multiple buildings offering office, retail, and other commercial space. Amason was selected by the developer, Randall Family Properties, to construct a number of those buildings, including those for the offices of the DCH Regional Medical Center Employee Assistance Program, Realty South, and UBS-Paine Webber as well as the Wellington Towne Center Shopping Center.

The UBS-Paine Webber building is a 6,800 square-foot facility that houses a full service brokerage firm. Amason performed the complete tenant build-out and has been subsequently retained by the tenant to provide further building upgrades for computer room additions and other renovations.
