In this extensive renovation project, we transformed a former ice cream parlor into a graceful and modern new bank branch complete with a four-lane drive-thru, large sloped metal roof, and spacious lobby. Successfully completing this project required correcting a number of known structural defects as well as performing mold remediation.  In the end, this project was completed on time and received a 2008 Build Alabama Award.  During the ten years we have served as construction manager for First Federal, we have also performed numerous renovations to its downtown Tuscaloosa branch and constructed its headquarters.
