Amason was selected as the design-build contractor for the construction of this 6,500 square foot brokerage, investment banking, and financial services office building in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The scope of work for this project included upscale interior finishes and extensive millwork. A fast-track schedule was implemented, and the project was completed in less than five months. We assembled and managed the entire design team for this project, which was led by Ward Scott Veron Architects. This office building is one of the many office buildings we have either constructed or renovated for financial clients in our 20 year history. These clients include: AmSouth Bank, First Federal Bank, First National Bank, UBS Paine Webber, and SouthTrust Bank. Our ability to fast-track projects in this area without jeopardizing quality is the reason our new projects are so often for clients we have previously served.
