Over the years, many of our financial clients have sought our help to increase their presence in a particular area by adding bank branches either through new construction or the conversion of existing buildings.

Some of the work we have done in this area includes:

AmSouth Bank

Skyland Boulevard Branch, Tuscaloosa, Alabama

We acted as general contractor for the renovation of this existing bank branch, performing a scope of work that included replacing teller lines, remodeling the interior and exterior of the building, updating the vault, and bringing the building into compliance with the ADA.

First National Bank of Central Alabama

McFarland Boulevard Branch, Northport, Alabama

We acted as general contractor for this new construction project, which was built initially to serve as the bank’s main office and includes a cast in place concrete vault, safe deposit box area, regional manager’s office, and boardroom.
