Amason served as construction manager for this multifaceted renovation and expansion project in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Over half of the existing building was demolished to make space for the new facilities. In the end, the Club boasted a new two-story addition and golf pro shop. The upscale addition included a formal dining room, lounge, conference rooms, locker rooms, two commercial kitchens, and administrative offices. The existing ballroom and dining areas were also renovated. Throughout the construction process, the Club remained open. We worked nontraditional hours and carefully created and followed a fast-track schedule to complete the project on time and under budget.
