Amason is serving as construction manager for this extensive renovation project near the University of Alabama campus in Tuscaloosa. Clara Verner Towers is a 13-story retirement community consisting of 145,423 total square feet. The scope of work includes the complete renovation of 200 apartment units, the common areas, administrative offices, lobby, and library. The project will also include complete landscaping and hardscaping for the entire facility and construction of new parking areas. The facility will remain at almost full occupancy throughout this 12 month project.
