Build-To-Suit

Build-to-suit work requires a contractor who is able to work hand-in-hand with the tenant, developer, and landowner to ensure a specialized property is delivered that, in all respects, meets the requests of the tenant. Our ability to coordinate the interests and goals of each party involved coupled with our desire to represent our clients in all phases of the construction process has allowed us to successfully complete build-to-suit projects for a vast variety of businesses.

CVS/pharmacy, Midfield, Alabama

With over 6,200 locations, CVS/pharmacy is one of the largest retail pharmacies in the United States. In the construction of this Midfield, Alabama location, Amason served as the general contractor. The 11,900 square-foot building contains a pharmacy and retail store, selling an enormous variety of personal care, medical supply, and household products. This fast-track project was completed in less than 150 days and is one of several pharmacies we will be constructing during the next year.
