Amason acted as general contractor for the construction of this 10,000 square-foot retail facility, which houses both an auto parts store and a regional distribution warehouse designed to accommodate a 100 day supply of product deliveries for stores in surrounding areas. In addition to constructing the building, the scope of work for this project included demolishing an existing restaurant as well as completing improvements to both the storm and sewer system and the turn lane onto adjacent Highway 31.
