Amason served as the design-build contractor for the construction of this 30,000 square-foot car dealership in Bessemer, Alabama. Built for Chrysler Realty Company, LLC, the scope of work for this project consisted of site excavation, constructing the shell of the building, building out the interior space, including private offices, a showroom, and service bays, site lighting, landscaping, and irrigation for the site.

This dealership is part of a 140 acre mixed use commercial development in Bessemer. Amason served as construction manager for this business park. In that capacity, we managed one of the largest recent mass excavation projects in the Birmingham area. This project required the excavation of more than 1.8 million cubic yards of rock and unclassified soils. Our responsibility also included constructing roadways and installing a complete infrastructure for the entire business park.
